In a unique activation of Hyundai’s partnerships with Cancer Research UK’s Stand Up To Cancer, and Chelsea Football Club, we helped to raise awareness and ‘Give Cancer a Kicking’ through a multi-channel comms campaign that used content, talent, matchday experiential, OOH and digital paid media.
As part of the campaign, our hero content teamed up Chelsea players including N’Golo Kante and David Luiz, legends Gianfranco Zola and Katie Chapman, and celebrity fan Omid Djalili to literally give cancer a kicking as they attempted to hit targets representing cancer suspended from drones. The content resulted in over 1.25 million views and dominated Piccadilly Circus’ LED screens in the 10 days leading up to the Stand Up To Cancer live shows on Channel 4.
